Luis provided in-person, on-site Intermediate Excel Training to a group of our staff members over a 20-session span. We had a variety of knowledge bases going into these sessions, and Luis was courteous and respectful to each individual request, helping to answer any general or specific questions that came up. I really enjoy Luis’s training. We had quite a number of sessions at our Association, and all of them were consistently engaging, well-structured, and of great practical use. I personally find the Excel course of high importance: I was able to expand my knowledge of Excel immensely—and learned plenty of new methods and techniques of data analysis, particularly in the part of pivot tables. I use this instrument in my work, and Luis’s instructions enriched my knowledge and analytical toolbox significantly.
